Developing Coping Mechanisms

Stress is a common challenge that affects mental and physical well-being. This project focuses on teaching school-going children practical and effective coping mechanisms to manage stress. Through a series of workshops, mindfulness sessions, and personalized counseling, school-going children will explore various techniques such as deep breathing exercises, meditation, time management, and positive thinking. By empowering school-going children with these tools, we aim to enhance their resilience and overall mental health.
